Stretch Goals BLASTED & Post-Launch Update:

Ahoy, Mutineers!
Firstly; For everyone who came to see us at SoTFest 2026; Thank you all for a lovely event, and for playing Mutineer with us! It was incredible to see the love you all brought to the tabletop, we could not have asked for a more supportive crowd than you guys.
Now; It's high time we address the absolute explosion our campaign has had over its launch!
Thanks to everyone, we managed to hit our goal in merely 15 hours after we went live on the 9th of July.
Within that time, we blasted past all of our pre-established stretch goals and beyond. But not to worry! While we weren't able to set new stretch goals immediately due to being out of country, we have used that time to look into what we can give, and what is realistic for us to achieve without impairing our timeline for fulfillment.
So, let's dig into what you guys' immense support has actually unlocked in terms of stretch goals…
1400€ | Bigger, Better Box! Now with 2 pockets for cards, and a bigger manual.
1600€ | Pirate Pack Upgrade, now with more than 18 cards guaranteed!
1800€ | Printable Sheets for both Game Masters & Player Handouts.
2000€ | Unique Role Icons; Unique role symbols for every role card in the main game.
2200€ | Game Mat add-on; A Crewlog Playmat is now available in the Pledge Manager!
2600€ | Pioneer Plus! We’ve unlocked a set of Pioneer Role upgrade add-ons that’ll become available after the campaign has ended. This’ll let eight Pioneers turn their Pirate into a Role Card, and offer a limited few alt-art cards that’ll be drawn by Sander Roli instead!
3000€ | Pirate Pack Upgrade! Four more Pioneer’s for backers, now available.
As for a more practical announcement; We’ve noticed some folks may have gotten confused by the Pirate Pack add-on. To clarify, this add-on gives you an additional Pirate Pack if you’ve pledged the Treasure Trove tier or above. You can still remove this add-on before the Campaign ends, so apologies for any confusion that might’ve occurred.
Beyond that, we’ve added the remaining Stretch Goals to be achieved, such as some more varied backgrounds for cards, an even better box, and more!
On top of that, we’ve added Community Goals to the Kickstarter!
Community Goal I : 50 Discord Members & 75 Social Followers
Community Goal II : 100 Discord Members & 150 Social Followers.
Community Goal III : 250 Discord Members & 400 Social Followers.
For each of the three Community Goals reached, we’ll be designing a new Role Card with you all through a series of polls over on Kickstarter to add to the game. We’re really close to unlocking the first one, so make sure to check us out on X/Twitter, Bluesky, TikTok and Instagram, and join our Discord server, Mutineer’s Hideout. We’re excited to see what new Role Cards we’ll create together!
